Planning a Move?
Corporations move for a variety of reasons. Growth, mergers, and lower cost facilities are a few examples. These moves may include everything from employee’s office contents to the heart beat of a company its data centers and networks.
Many corporations underestimate the complexity of corporate moves and often assign junior or administrative staff to the project. Internal staff has full time job responsibilities and usually do not have broad enough experience to manage a corporate move.
